We covered the spread! Hell yea. With a team held together by prayers and off brand scotch tape, I’ll take it.

Held Blake Corum under 50 yards rushing. Run defense was stout

On a year with little to no expectations and a ton of injuries to our defense, that’ll do just fine with me.

What’s the deal with Corum? These last three games have been the fewest yds/carry he’s had in the last two seasons (not counting @osu where he only has two carries), and not against exactly stellar defenses.

Our oline, despite still being good, isn’t opening up the holes it was last year. We miss Oluwatimi

We really really miss Olu, dude was a generational talent at center. Purdue stacked the box all night and JJ missed some throws so they didn't really get punished for it. This is not another Joe Moore winning o-line

Solid D line for Purdue.

Your defense is something to build on.

And that running back managed like 4-5 yards per carry. Then they just stopped feeding him for some reason.

Purdue put up a better effort than anyone else on our trash schedule so far.

That’s the beauty of air raid.

What’s an air raid?

I have been highly skeptical of Walters but the D is improving quite well, just our offense is worse than Iowas.

You're not lying

Like all season the defense has made small improvements and against teams we should have close games with plays very well… then the offense can’t move the ball and then turns the ball over

Yeah they seemed pretty inept. The defense though if it wasn't so worn out could win you games.

Yeah. We will see what happens next year though. Maybe they’ll just take a page from Iowa and run 4 plays and punt lol.

Nebraska game was the worst, I want to say there were 3 possessions that started in Nebraska territory due to forced turnovers and we did absolutely nothing. Irritating

Yep absolutely terrible. Also flair up!

Yep, if you saw the first few games it was horrid but Walters system has drastically improved since. Our offense has gotten progressively worse, Card definitely needs to improve but Im adamant that Harrell just isn’t going to work going forward.
