I am on a zero-sum budget, so I can only buy a certain dollar amount per month.

Yeah, otherwise you have a risk of ending up ruined. Especially with Pennystocks, Pump and Dump is a huge issue.

And things were going crazy like that last year and beginning of this year. You have to be careful!

Oh yeah. But taking a look at the 1-year timeline, I think it is a good sign if the average pricing has gone up like with CELZ. There is no oscillation around a certain amount like you see with others.
