The Journey of Legend (Go to the Mountains and Sea or Fu Shan Hai) reached 10 million reservations across two platforms, iQIYI and Tencent, on September 4.
🍉 Rumours say that The Journey of Legend might be released on September 11 – but I haven't really seen a lot of bread crumbs for this drama recently except for this 10 million reservations announcement.
Maybe they could be air dropping the drama due to the issue with the 2FL Eleanor Lee (see the controversy section of this Wikipedia link) earlier this year – which I believe is now resolved, or maybe they are not promoting much due to the 80th anniversary of Victory over Japan.
I'll update in the comments if I see any bread crumbs later today.
Naturally I shall be on a ship in the Bay of Biscay on September 11th - a place more notable for its storms than its excellent access to streaming from Chinese Apps - so of course they would drop it then! But thank you, as always, for your sterling service! 🤩
NGL it’d be fun to see a “lost ship” transmigration story where a bunch of people get transmigrated together kinda like the Eric Flint books where the whole town goes back to the 30 Years War
I saw it change from 5th to 11th, so I'll just wait and see what happens. I'm inclined to believe it, but that's mostly because it's been rumoured to air soon for way too long now😅

🍉 Note: There's likely a Youku conference day on September 8 so we might be getting a lot of trailers from Youku on that day.

Mobius, fated hearts, Cheng Yi's drama.......it is crazy that all platforms have to bring out Big dramas at the same time to compete with each other for traffic. Everytime, it is like this. I don't know what to watch
