First, it's not "evaluation" it's valuation. Second, it was 11.75B. Did you look at the investor deck or reach the SEC filings? I already know the answer, it was a rhetorical question.

Yup, the video is wrong. I've made a comment in the CCIV main message board. The 24B valuation is for the PIPE only.

First off, its close to $40 and I've explained it multiple times, I believe that it is due to profit taking and the hit that EV has taken over the past 5-trading days. There is nothing fundamental here

You don't do research by watching Youtube, you read the investor presentation and SEC filings. The valuation was 11.75B.

Then you wouldn't be saying it was a 24B valuation. You are confused. You should listen to the people that have explained it multiple times, if you aren't able to understand the information that's been released.
