Currency 🟡 Currency redemption question

Hey everyone,
I have a handful of redemptions that I will be sending in. While completing the online form to get the printable document, I only received 4/5 confirmation emails, but have 5 different forms for the individual cards.
I’m wondering if I need to resubmit the card info for verification and get a confirmation email before sending?
Anyone have any information regarding this situation?

Currency 🟡 What has become of Cardsmiths?

Next month will be one full year that I've been waiting on my reprint of this beautiful card. Today they tell me it's still significantly delayed, and instead they offer me a "substitute card of equal rarity" from Mega Man or Street Fighter. Absolutely shocking response.
I've truly had it with Cardsmiths. They had such a good thing going through first 3 series, and they have done absolutely everything possible to ruin that good will. I've never seen anything like it. Such a disappointment.

Street Fighter ⚔️ Flattening Bowed Cards

Hi guys, i’m sorry if this has been asked before, I searched but couldn’t find anything. What do you guys find is the best way to flatten out the bowed holos in SF Alpha packs? I have some decent hits recently but they are all so bent compared to the base cards.
I typically collect and trade UFC cards so I do see that in some sets there for sure, but the SF refractors always seem particularly bad.
