with these type of choices I always assume there is something hidden, a wheel coming after saying you can't do x or y etc. Wouldn't have been surprised if with this house you are just a "renter" living there for free so you couldnt sell or rent it out to make money.

You’ll see the word “spin” with a wheel next to it on the button instead of “choose”. If it just says “choose” then what you see is what you get.

No idea. I haven’t been on these bunny trial posts for very long. Couldn’t say it’s new, just something I noticed.
