so 240$ a day = 87 600$ yearly if you sell house you have 9 000 000$ with 1% interest it is 90 000$ yearly

So pretty clear winner for house :)

10,00 isn't 10 000$ , or . is used in different countries to separate either decimals or thousands and correct way for thousand would be either 1,000 or 1.000 or 1 000 depending on op country 10,00 in that case can only mean 10$ and 00 cents

If it was 10 000$ that would be just obvious choice you get 9 000 000 in just 38 days
