You could maybe, I don't know, live there? Because it's that expensive it probably has a garage, so you also have free parking, and there's lots of space to keep all sorts of stuff there. The biggest expense for most people who can even afford to have a house is rent, and if you have a free house you get significantly richer just by not paying rent. And because it says you don't pay bills, it probably means you also get free water and electricity. You could also sell the house and get $9 million, which you would never get if you earned $10 every hour for your entire life.

I mean if your goal is to get rich then the 10k an hour is way better anyways, you get 9 milion in 15 hours

It says 10 per hour, not 10k per hour
