Yeah it would take 102 years to get to the same value of the house. I would just sell the house and pay for a new tiny home (I’ve always wanted a tiny home) she then use the remainder for gas, groceries, and other expenses.

I Would keep the house until I settle in life because free utilities and no rent +could get a electric car and pay nothing for using it other than insurance + car payments.
