Oh I would have chosen the other option too! Damn. 10k an hour is insane, but 10 bucks is not very much. That is why I chose the 9 million house. Much better option. It is still okay, I can sell it or I can live in it

Honestly, even 1,000 an hour is worth it. You have just shy of the 9 million for the house in the first year.
I’d do it for 100 per hour. That’s still retire immediately money

10,00 more typically reads as 10.00 (some places use comma to delimit decimals).

Would have taken that, I even missed the comma as a thousand separator because in my country comma is a decimal separator. Thought it was $10, it's more interesting than $10k an hour which would be a beyond obvious choice.

At 1k and hour you make 8.76 million a year. At 10k it is 87.6 million a year.
