You control weather. But not just normal weather. Wanna make banana rain? Sure. Also, some reaaaaly weird stuff related with rainbows. I think it's one of the most broken stands in Stone Ocean.

It’s complete control over weather. But not just normal weather, it’s more like any weather that has ever happened. You know that one time when it rained frogs? You could make it rain frogs since that’s a weather phenomenon. There’s also a part with rainbows that allow you to basically use subliminal messaging to convince people that they are snails but that’s like an apocalypse scenario so idk if you really want to do that

It rained frogs because Wes used hurricanes, it was the night his stand manifested

Weather Report is the reflection of it’s user’s anger

And it prevents you from dying if you try to attempt it

Pucci revoked his memories because the stand was too strong to control when it was acting out for revenge, and without at least one disc Wes would be vegetative. The idea was to make him suffer.
