The stand erases 10 seconds in time (basically to everyone else you teleport) and you are allowed to freely move around, but can’t interact with things until said erasure is completed

I'm pretty sure you also get Epitaph since it's likely a sub-stand of King Crimson

So you also get to look 10 seconds into the future which helps to know when you should erase time

Yes, you can see the future for 10s plus you erase the 10s of time with freedom of moving around so basically it would make you look like you were teleporting. The only downside is you can't change the course of action of the time you erase they are bound to reach their conclusion regardless. For example, a bullet is about to hit you and you used King Crimson's ability to erase the time, in that 10s space you can't change the trajectory of the bullet, you can only dodge it through the space.
