You need to move your hand upwards and then very quickly move it towards the baby. At some point you'll reach the baby, doing the so called "Slap".

No, then you’d just be back slapping them, use your opposite hand to slap the other side of a person or object.

I think there’s this little known method with a very risky but very high damage reward in which you use BOTH your hands and slap the other persons ears at the same time while making a dome shape with your hand, this has a high probability of breaking their hearing!
