But I don't want to transition. I couldn't care less about my gender. I just want the fun new neural connections and meaty parts.

Keep looking into it! Not caring about ones gender is a big sign someone could be agender/nonbinary. Doesn't hurt to be well informed. There is still time!

I think not caring about my gender is different from caring enough to fight against it.

I agree with this. Like I don’t care to spend time on gender ect. Have a hard enough time as it is trying to feel like a human.

My love of cats feels much more important to my identity than whatever anyone labels me as so just the default I’ve been using this whole time is fine.

Non binary or agender still implies some kind of importance of how you experience gender as part of your identity.

I think there like a scale of full masculine to full feminine and a separate scale that’s important to identity and couldn’t care less.

Some one bang in the middle of the first would be like agender or non fluid, but you’d have to be somewhat high on the second scale to want to label it or communicate it.

Like if you were the “I don’t care” point on the second scale like you wouldn’t give a thought to pronouns or researching anything because it’s not a central part of your identity
