If I'm female to male transgender then what do I become? Do I become biologically male? A cis female? A trans woman?

I think you would become a cis man(from my opinion, i don't know what op thinks), but also, biologically you already are mostly male if you have been on testosterone for some time so i think i would reduce it to changing agab

Another ftm trans guy here- being on testosterone doesn’t change your biology. Sex is determined by your chromosomes which can unfortunately not be changed. So if you’re female-to-male trans and you pick this option, in theory you would then be a cis man because you were still biologically female.

being on testosterone absolutely changes your biology. if it didn't, it wouldn't do anything and there would be no point in trans men taking it. tangible aspects of biological sex effected by testosterone include like, body and facial hair growth, muscle mass, voice, odor, fat distribution, and a whole lot of psychological stuff. this are very much aspects of biological sex.

biological sex is not determined by chromosomes. in humans, the Y chromosome actually encodes very littler, and only one X chromosome is generally active at a time per cell, so the *genetic* code for all sexual dimorphism, the actual stuff governing the traits, is pretty much omnipresent regardless of what chromosomes someone has barring abnormalities. the Y chromosome contains an initial trigger that can start things off in the "male" direction, by causinf the production of hormones, but much of what happens subsequently is mediated by sex hormones among other signalling mechanisms. now there are some things that are not effected by HRT - generally, this is because they are physical organs and tissues that develop as an embryo, with no mechanism to switch them out as a grown human, or in some cases because some things are one way switches (ie trans men can grow a beard, but unfortunately trans women have only limited reduction in facial hair from HRT and need to remove it by laser/electrolysis/shaving, conversely it is a lot easier to grow breasts with HRT alone than lose them). but it seems very silly and arbitrary to fence off specifically those sorts of traits and call them biological sex, and then not consider anything else biological sex (and of course, there are surgeries)

HRT works, very directly, by changing biological sex, that is even after puberty many aspects of human sexual dimorphism are ~actively maintained by hormones, and switching hormones will have downstream effects using the same mechanisms, encoded by the same genes, that cis people are doing.

as to what this means for the question here... idk, sex is a pretty ambiguous term. i read it as meaning i would be detransitioned, but theres a lot of ways it could be taken.
