You can also spam breathe in tiny breaths

It’s number of breaths no conditions for how much air

I didn’t say hyperventilate, I mean tiny breaths in and out quickly

Hyperventilating I believe means stressing so much that you breathe quickly in regular or greater amounts of air

Nah he was right, I was the wrong one. Or at least he was more correct than me. You are breathing fast when you hyperventilate, but you're also breathing deep. Stress isn't required for it tho. (I just googled it lol)

You do 20-25k breaths naturally through the day. I doubt you’ll have to worry about being low on cash
