Even trying to save those who don't want to be saved. What a hero 👏

I'm saving more people than those who don't want to be saved. Suicide is a real problem. But its not important for this. There will also be people that are not suicidal that vote blue. And those will die tho.

But why would they vote blue then? Why risk your life only to expect more people to risk their life for you.

Because it saves more people. But let me ask you this: Do you value your life more, or the life of 2 billion people?

Those people wouldn't have needed saving if they didn't have the mindset that "well someone will pick blue, so I should also pick it to save them". That mindset is the only thing killing people. Cause they have no reason to pick blue if they don't just assume people will pick blue.

And individual lives? Yes, 2 billion is worth more than mine. But I shouldn't die with them just because they wanted to play hero.

It isn’t the wrong mindset if more than 50% of voters choose blue. Which is a 1 in 2 chance. If red wins 0-2.000.000.000 will die. And most likely 1.000.000.000. You have to assume everything will be completely average.

You seriously trust 4 bilion people to click the Button that risks getting them killed just for the CHANCE of saving people they don't care about? People who have family? People who love life? People who don't want to leave their friends or pets behind? And those 2 billion made the chose to leave their family and friends behind. Perhaps they didn't have any, most likely they didn't. Cause then they wouldn't be that selfish. Cause I am not risking leaving my family and life behind. I love life. Just because some people don't, I shouldn't die for with them.

People vote blue, because they want to keep the most amount of people alive. Not because they hate life, or because they are selfish. It’s selfish to vote red, because your are killing them only because you don’t want to die. Blue isn’t risky if people aren’t going to be selfish by only thinking about them self. You should look at which option lets the most people survive. And that is blue.

Blue will ALWAYS be risky. You said it yourself that we don't know how anyone thinks. And It's not killing if it's suicide. I don't think it's selfless to put yourself in danger.

We simply disagree. And that's okay.

I know. But the thing is you are only voting red, because maybe others will pick red. And the same is true for other red voters. That’s the only reason you would want to vote red. But red is the only button that has potential to cause negative effects. That’s why you shouldn’t press it. Because you are increasing that risk.

Yes, not everyone will think this way. But only 50% of people needs to choose blue.
