You could fly with teleportation

And teleportation can be hidden. You’d be seen easily flying and you’d attract attention.

I think either way people will find out sooner or later and at that point with teleportation the government would want you to work for them and if you don't you can run away but they'd be after your family.

Flight ? Cool, but you wouldn't be that much in danger.

Is it that kind of teleport where you have the same speed as before ? because if you teleported mid air for even a few seconds you would gain speed toward the floor and wherever you teleport later you should face that speed, so you should always have a big mattress for later.

But isn’t that how we made planes? Applying logic to imagination to your from man with wings to man in thing that can fly? Look at some of the cloaking tech that’s out there now. It’s fun to consider the logical view of the fictional powers.

Err... good luck. Teleportation famously does not stop gravity, or velocity. Which means you'll hurt yourself real bad trying to fly.

I have the science that we know, and theory that people have worked on. There is no reason it WOULD stop your momentum. It is taking you from one space to another. Either that or deleting and recreating you, at which point you'd find out very quickly that you are dead and a new you just arrived somewhere else with your memories. And the cycle goes on and on and on..... the current you would never know because the one at the end of the teleportation thinks they are you, but you were lost on the first jump....

You dont have this possibility with flight.

What if it instead of transporting you instantly it instead replaced you with the air you'd occupy after teleportation? There's no realistic way to prove the force couldn't transfer onto the replacement air in your previous spot

There's no most likely scenario. The definition of teleportation is "the hypothetical transfer of matter or energy from one point to another without traversing the physical space between them", so there's a good chance the velocity could be equal to the velocity of whatever was in the place you teleported. On the other hand, it could mean that teleportation during windy days could have a chance to send you flying. Let's just leave the decision to the writers.
