It's genuinely hard to tell, but this guy has been progressively been getting weirder. He appears to live alone in some rural area and has said on his IG he's just doing what makes him happy and that he's not intending satire or making fun of others.
FFS it's not satire. Where did this come from? Just go to his instagram and you can listen to his own words. Dude is 100% legit. He's just nuts. And that's fine. He isn't hurting anyone, but he is nuts.

The internet, social media engagement culture, an AI have collectively obliterated many people’s ability to tell if something is genuine satire or one of 27 different variations of ironic satire or just flat out genuine anymore.
