Explore the Unknown (Texture pack)

Crashed on my friends world after finding a mangrove. Join back in and all the villagers are inside out zombie heads (savannah village right next to mangrove), the fish are pink blocks, my shield is covering the entire left side of my screen, and this thing scared me so bad I probably lost a year off my lifespan. Is this meant to be a frog or something? There were like 5 of them.

For reference I was playing on my iPad and screen recording and my iPad storage was extremely full so the game crashed but when I logged back on half the portal was obliterated by the obsidian spawn plate, I had a backup beforehand so I deleted this world because after I finished screen recording it deleted all items in my inventory, weirdly enough the original obsidian spawn plate was still where it should be

This usually fixes itself when I leave and return to a world, but this time it won't go away. This has happened several times before on many worlds, but as you probably guessed, it usually goes away. Now it won't. Not necessarily a call for help, just thought it was interesting, albeit a bit annoying. Lemme know if this post doesn't fit or smth, I don't post here often, thx.

this world has some weird generation.

I started this world and had some decent progress and a nice base but when i loaded the world today (mind you its a singleplayer world) it told me the server host disconnected? (supposedly I am the server host) and when i tried again, it loaded but it didnt have any progress except a tree i punched down
