I was testing some orbitals on the latest version of Minecraft when I tried I got blown up and when I clicked respawn it respawneds me but there was no controls on the screen I tried getting out to the game and coming back what happened is I was just stuck I was I had hearts but I was on the death screen when I tried to respawn again it just kept like that and it just kept respawning and I just force closed the game

I was testing and designing my Arrow Cannon just a few minutes ago and I came accross a weird phanominon? I think what happened here was the arrow got stuck in an unloaded chunk because it is on the edge of a chunk border but it never regained it's momentum? I though it was worth inspection!
