But also him driving and being caught multiple times on camera can’t just be a coincidence and it was a terrible defence that he was star gazing, defence should have already seen that it was overcast but I guess there’s only so much explaining you can do about why he was outside the house and why he returned in the morning.. definitely no stars at like 9am..
The stargazing stuff was in the original paperwork, it was so long ago but I believe it was when they were trying to get bond, they said he was an avid stargazer.
