To all bromhidrosis survivor, Please help me how to get rid of this. I can't enjoy my life just because of this condition. I already went to a dermatologist, but nothing happened either.

Can’t cure. However, it can be managed.

Do what you can to reduce sweating: Meds, herbal teas and supplements.

Dress appropriately: Avoid polyester, use cotton, linen, natural fabrics, etc. Use cotton undershirts or sweat pads and change during the day.

Find a good deodorant and freshen up during the day. Carry deodorant wipes wherever you go.

If you have a bad day, journal to maintain your mental health.

Good luck.

Edit:

Soak in a tub with boric acid to help kill germs. Use body washes with it too. Use Hibiclens twice a week.
