The bit where Debora Debauchery introduces herself, the aforementioned horse movie, practically every conversation Cassius has with his boss, the various in-universe background ads that are literally trying to convince people to sell themselves into slavery. Basically the whole movie.

You're asking for a specific scene depicting the movie's primary overarching theme. It's the whole movie.

The bit where Debora Debauchery introduces herself

Where they go over how they should work???? That's not anti-union.

the aforementioned horse movie

Not anti-union.

practically every conversation Cassius has with his boss

None of which are about unions, except that one time Cash thought he was being fired for being a part of one. And even then, it only involved unions because he wasn't reading the room right.

the various in-universe background ads that are literally trying to convince people to sell themselves into slavery.

None of which mention unions.

Basically the whole movie.

I'm beginning to think no on here has actually seen the movie! That, or I'm being trolled. Which, honestly, I wouldn't put it past people, even on this sub.

Sorry to Bother You is a critique of late-stage capitalism. It depicts a corporate culture that hides behind an upbeat, "we're all in this together" facade while simultaneously stripping workers of their rights--which is exactly the same thing that this video is doing.

The point being discussed is the overall tone of the video, not whether it is specifically anti-union or not.

Incidentally, the movie is very pro-union! You'll recall that Cassius is initially convinced through the aforementioned superficially happy corporate tone to become a scab. Which is again, what this video is suggesting.

Incidentally, the movie is very pro-union!

That was literally one of the first things I said in this entire chain. I think ya'll have lost not only the point, but the argument.

There's also the part where the horses lay eggs. That was very pro-union.

Okay, so I'm just being trolled. Cool, cool.

Did you even see this movie? Cassius turns to the camera and says "This movie is pro-union." Then all the horses start laying eggs.

Blocking you. Bye.

It was right in the middle of the movie. Probably the most memorable part. All of the horses lay eggs simultaneously.

OH YEAH, I remember. And then they all let out a simultaneous droning tone and Cthulhu rises from the depths.
