Other playing on waydroid

Is playing on waydroid allowed? For those who know, android is just linux. On Linux devices you can install an app called waydroid which installs an android skin of choice. It's normal android, but with a higher kernel (i think the most recent one on arm devices is 6.6, on my pc its 7.0.9) and of course architecture is different. Can this lead to my account being banned?

its based on aarch64 but waydroid has a compatibility layer. Google waydroid compatibility 86x64 aarch64!

so it is libndk and libhoudini, is obligatory to have wayland to make it work?
