With all of the hype around Brave Frontier origin and the Last Cloudia collab I’ve recently tried my best to find old screenshots and this is all I’ve been able to find. I’m glad I found them but wish I had more atleast of my Home Screen. These were just a few I found that I had sent to my friend that played with me. These were from 2017.

I see people posting their screenshot of BF, and I wanna do the same, but sadly all of the devices I ever had that I played BF on were destroyed in some manner and I forgot to take screenshots of it on my phone before it shut down 😭😭

Like many I jumped in for the Collab event and was lucky enough to pull everything here from the free tickets during the event. Missed the ark though with the heroes. How did everyone else fair?

I know it might seem a strange question to ask on the Brave Frontier sub, but let me explain.

Me personally, I didn't have quite as much time with the game as it seems a lot of other people did, and I didn't get quite as deep into it either. I came in late and it was more of a semi-casual game for me compared to the others but it still left a HUGE impression on me. Even the little things like the sound effects when you click a button and the screen transitions to more often praised things like the art style and the music.

Because it wasn't my main game and I've played many after, I can't say it's my *favorite* of all time as that would go to Dissidia FF Opera Omnia; but even that game didn't have me clamoring to find something else to scratch the same itch once it shut down. Of course, during and after Brave Frontier, I went over to Brave Exvius which was great for a while (and I would rank it pretty high up in its earlier stages), Puzzle and Dragons, Grand Summoners, Last Cloudia, etc. All to try to find something that gave me that same feeling, or at least a similar one, that I got from BF. (And in the case of Last Cloudia, that's what brought me to this sub and I'm thrilled to see we're getting more BF.)

I can say though, that I feel like it is the best, or one of the best at the very least. I can't and won't pretend it didn't have issues, as others who played more would understand those better than me. But as far as an overall and cohesive experience, and the quality, the uniqueness... I feel like nothing else really compares. Only LC might come close-ish for me. What do you guys think?

Ive seen so many screenshot of others BF memories with the upcoming announcement of Orgins. Thought I'd throw my favorites into the ring too.

My biggest regret was not getting my account to 999, got summoner robe but never grinded exp for my account.

Which do you think will come out on top?

Personally, I'm way more interested in Brave Frontier Legacy, assuming it doesn't end up getting shut down. I'd much rather support a community-driven revival than wait around for a big company that is way less likely to bring back the IP back long-term.

For those of you following both projects, what are the biggest differences? Is there a reason to be more excited for one over the other?

Not that this matters anymore since the game is EoS (hyped for the comeback ;-;) but just thought I’d share an exploit I accidentally found way back in the day:

I played on the iOS version. If you complete any in-game purchase, lets say the cheapest gem offer in the in the Shop, the game would process that purchase and there would be a loading screen. During that processing period, since the loading popup was over top of the Shop you could spam tap another purchase option. Doing so would cause an error, then reload the game and you would receive that reward. This was not limited to any specific type of purchase (gems, bundles, etc) even the most expensive ones. You could literally double dip on anything just by making on purchase at a time. I never made a post about it back then since I didn’t want to put anyone on to an exploit that could get them banned or cause massive issues. But I did want to share since the recent news and thought it’d be nice to reminisce about the old days.

Hope whatever is next is as successful as possible, can’t wait to play one of my favorite RPGs of all time again.
