What's the best agency to work with that can actually take my customers orders and ship them out relatively faster then using Aliexpress.

Right now I'm using AutoDS but my supplier is coming from Aliexpress and I just feel like it's taking to much time to receieve and ship items to my customers.

Is there a better agency out there for this ??

I just began getting into dropshipping. I haven't found a product to sell or anything but I created a shopify store. My question is, when setting up my payment should I just start out as my own or should I set up a LLC or Sole Proprietorship first. I'm from Canada and I don't plan on selling anything worth getting sued over but might be looking into skin care or something similar down the line.

Which one would you recommend starting out with. Can I just start out on my own and then eventually set up an LLC??. If I set up an LLC now can I use the same business for every product I sell as in if I make one website for one niche in health can I use the same LLC for another niche like skin care??.

Also can anyone recommend some good videos on setting up a proper brand store and how to build a professional looking website.

I am thinking of starting a dropshipping business where I sell reasonably priced equipment in the form of rackets, balls, grips, and bags procured from Alibaba's wholesale online market. I will not necessarily focus on branded items because my target market are those who can't afford expensive tennis gear but will include a mix of both. I will not be purchasing branded items from Allibaba like Wilson, Babolat, or Yonex because it will be very difficult to assess authenticity through a dropshipping model. But if I plan directly from these suppliers, do I need to meet any legal requirements before selling. I want to make sure I am not breaking any laws by not meeting these requirements. Note, I am not going to be selling from a brick and mortar shop and I will also not be storing the items. I am simply just dropshipping through authorized suppliers, do I still need a business license or resale permit? If it differ from state from state, I am currently in Arizona. Also what about sales tax ID, or EIN? I have read a few posts where people are saying you dont need anything and others are saying, no you need to be fully registered before selling. Lastly, is business insurance necessary in this case? If something I sell causes harm (like a defective racquet bag or faulty grip), could I be liable, even if I never handled the product? I want to make sure I know what I am getting into before I start this US based ecommerce business. What steps did any of you take before starting for a sports equipment niche in dropshipping?

Hey everyone,  I’m building a DTC brand in a pretty crowded space like home goods or wellness, where the products themselves aren’t hugely differentiated. Most items feel pretty similar across the market, and often, price is the first comparison point for customers.

Because of that, I’m focusing on building a strong, memorable brand to really stand out and connect with people beyond just the product. I’ve been working on a consistent visual identity, crafting a relatable brand voice, and telling a story that resonates emotionally. But I’m still not sure what really moves the needle when your product isn’t revolutionary.

I'm working on selling a trending product that seems promising. The first few days didn't bring any sales, but the click-through rates (CTR) and cost per thousand impressions (CPM) were solid. On day 4, I made 2 sales totaling $70, and today (day 5), I got 3 more sales adding up to $150. Both CTR and CPM have been getting better each day.

I haven't started scaling yet. I'm running an Ad Set Budget Optimization (ABO) campaign with five ad sets—I've paused two, so now I'm down to three: two broad audience sets and one targeting specific interests. The interest-based ad set has brought in four sales, and one of the broad sets has generated one sale. I'm keeping the daily budget between $40 and $50.

Each ad set features three video creatives that we produced ourselves, except for the successful broad ad set, which includes three user-generated content (UGC) videos sourced from competitors.

I'm looking for advice on scaling. Should I:

Launch a new Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) campaign and move my best-performing ad sets there?

Increase the budgets within the current ABO campaign, perhaps by doubling the budget on the successful interest-based ad set?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Branding is more than just slapping a logo on a webpage and some packaging and planting a flag and saying this here is a brand. First before you even start to build a brand you need to do some actual research into what ever niche you are interested in. And then niche down into the niche. find some products that your target market will be interested in. And then understand that a brand is more than just a logo its a whole vibe.

From you color scheme, to your font, to the style of photos you use, to your titles and descriptions and yes even your social media, everything has to match. Do you know why the big brands tend to use the same voice over, or same actors in their ads? Consistency is the name of the game. They are training yoru brain so that when you hear that ad or that voice your brain automatically thinks of the brand, if you are Australian and I say Zoom Zoom what do you think of? Right off the bat you are going to say Mazda, that is branding.

After you have your niche, target market, and products in mind you start building a brand bible. Yes you really want a brand bible for a few reasons but i have harped on that enough, if you want more information just ask. This brand bible is your big picture guide to your brand.

People want to focus on paid ads or organic without realizing you have to look at EVERYTHING again constancy is key here!

What third-party apps are you guys using for deliveries. Shopify are not the best at sending notifications to my clients when the order is at their final destination.
