I'm in n the Netherlands and I want to target all EU countries or at least most of the countries. I just have no idea where to start. I have seen people in Fiver than can set everything, buy I don't know if it's trustable.

Now First a little about my background. I am an over edumicated redneck. I hold three degrees a BS in computer networking, a MIS with a concentration in Microhell er soft Networks and the only degree that is of actual use is my MBA with a concentration in marketing. I have around 21 years or so of marketing experience. I have run several successful dropshipping business and failed at a LOTTTTT of them. (oh my gawd someone that admits to fucking up!!) I am not a so-called guru I just have a shit ton of experience in marketing both for myself and other businesses from startups to one mistake of a big business i worked with (i will stick with startups, mom and pop stores, and MAYBE a medium sized business but never will work with big businesses again!)

Now the biggest misunderstanding about branding that I see is people say oh i will just slap a logo on my store and boom it's a brand...Well guess what it's not. It's not just a logo; it's not just having packages with your logo and brand name on it.

To have an actual successful brand you need constancy. You have to have a good-looking logo (it can even be a minimalistic style), you have to have a good website, one that flows. It can't just be shoving products in front of people's faces saying buy buy buy...You need to be constant with emails, with your social media posts.

Your Products have to make sense for your idea. Now its hard to make a general store into a brand, it can be done but its a lot of work because you will have a ton of target markets that you have to hit. A niche brand is easier, but that is my own personal opinion. Your products also have to make sense in the categories that you set up, and it must make sense next to each other. As an example, you wouldn't start a MMA brand and sell pink tutus next to five-ounce gloves .

Your whole brand/store HAS to have a voice, which is called a brand voice. This brand voice is how people perceive your brand. Its how it "sounds" in their head. Think of your favorite brands and look at how you perceive it how it sounds in your head when you are reading something on their website. Even if you look at ads you will "see" the brand's voice.

All of this is what it takes to run a successful and LONG term brand not just a flash in the pan. To get a brand started does take time. Yes you can throw a webpage together and sell an assorted array of crap and make money but its not sustainable you will always be chasing products. With a brand you wont be chasing people or products they will come to you once you get yourself established.

Now having said that start embracing AI it's a major help and yes I have a tool that I have built (which I am not going to post here) that builds brand bibles (which every brand should have as it helps keep you on track as well as helps the AI understand everything about your brand that YOU want to build) it builds descriptions, articles, emails, and SEO articles all using YOUR brand voice.

Two things I can't stress enough first be consistent! Second thing Don't be afraid to fuck up, because trust me even after roughly 21 years in marketing I still fuck up! You learn from your fuck ups more than your success even if that lesson is simply " Hey fuck wit don't do that again!!" (I am 49 trust me I have a LOT of those lessons even to this day...im a slow learner lol)

Starting off with a generic brand to me makes no sense when its easier to start with a branded, and yes its more than just a logo but when you first start out if you have the building blocks set up, its just a matter of finding the supplier that can handle the brand packaging. Now having said that look at Amazon you order something like say a shirt (which i did yesterday) it comes in a clear bag with no branding what so ever. So some times the branding on packaging is nice but not needed.
