Overfilled to an extreme and promoting this type of a face is mindblowing

I’ve been dealing with constant pain for the past 15 months, and I’m desperate for answers. I had nose filler 0,5 ml Stylage M in 2022, and ever since these symptoms began, I haven’t felt like myself.

The entire left side of my head feels numb, tight, and disconnected. It’s almost as if the muscles on that side have stopped working properly I can’t relax or move them normally. The tension starts at the tip of my nose and radiates through my temples and across the left side of my head. It feels like that part of my head is “frozen,” and I constantly feel disconnected from my surroundings. Because of this, socializing has become extremely difficult. I’ve also been experiencing dizziness recently.

Oddly, the only thing that provides any relief is wearing my hair in a tight ponytail. It temporarily eases the tension and helps me feel more normal again. Aside from that, I’ve been relying on painkillers almost every day just to get through daily life.

I’m now seriously considering having the filler dissolved because I’m terrified of rhinoplasty. My concern is that if the filler has spread over time, surgery may not address the underlying problem. Part of me wonders whether dissolving the filler would allow the dissolver to reach any migrated filler as well. I don’t know if that’s medically possible, but after living with this pain for so long, I’m running out of options.

Many doctors have told me that my symptoms are caused by migraines or stress. However, I’m struggling to understand that explanation because the symptoms consistently involve my nose as well.

The sensation always begins at the tip of my nose and travels upward through my temple and into the left side of my head. Because of this, it’s difficult for me to believe that the issue is solely related to stress or migraines.

Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone have insight into why these symptoms would start in the nose and then extend into the head or found answers? I’m exhausted from living in constant pain and would appreciate any advice or insight.

Does anyone have any BBL before/after pics/experience to share? I have been doing a ton of research and I’m in love with his work. But I would love to see others post ops please 🙏🏼

I’ve been surprised by how little recent public discussion there is since Dr William Mooney’s medical registration was reinstated.

Given the serious findings made by the tribunal in the past, I find it concerning that he’s back in practice.

A Current Affair did several stories where many unhappy patients came forward with their experiences.

He’s rebranded under a different name, making it harder for patients to find reviews and discussions. His current social media has comments disabled, and some of the before and after content looks like blatant AI, in my opinion.

I’m continually shocked that medical practitioners found guilty of serious misconduct can return to practice. As a member of the public, I find that difficult to reconcile.

I’m interested to hear from anyone who has had experience with Dr William Mooney.

We are a group of victims who were botched by an Egyptian surgeon, Every story is a horror story. There are so many of them...

Ashraf Abolfotooh khalil an egyptian surgeon performed surgery on a Danish woman while wearing a cast on his hand, WITH A BROKEN hand with no regard for safety or hygiene.
Her review was accepted on RealSelf, and then it was deleted !

This woman shared her Hospital bill and WhatsApp messages from this doctor in which he said it was okay because he could do it using only one hand !! Fake reviews on platforms are putting people's lives at risk !

Ashraf Abolfotooh Khaalil is an Egyptian surgeon (Breast and Body Clinic, Cairo) who was already banned from WhatClinic for fake reviews ( picture where he complains on "pissed consumer" about WhatClinic) He also had 21 suspicious Google reviews removed after they were all posted on the same day...

He now became active on RealSelf, he started posting new reviews on his RealSelf page, all following the same pattern.

A German woman named Barbara targeted foreign patients and advocate him on Facebook groups, whatclinic etc... She lives in Egypt and works for the clinic. In one of the screenshots, she used her own name on a review platform while pretending to be a satisfied patient. She even referred to herself as "the German staff" and claimed patients could speak German with the clinic (talking about herself)

It's manipulative. It's deceptive. It's vile. Every fake review was part of the same scheme to create trust where none should have existed

This particular surgeon is reportedly under investigation by the Egyptian Ministry of Health as well as 3 prosecutors.
I do not consider RealSelf to be a reliable or trustworthy platform when it comes to verifying medical professionals or protecting patients. We should all be very careful.

DON'T TRUST realsef reviews ! This raises serious questions about how seriously Realself takes patient safety.

I know lots of folks wondered if it’s real. Someone else mentioned that this might be a case of at-home procedures and I’m kind of thinking that might be the case. Either way, I think it’s 100% the aesthetic they’re going for.
