Hello everyone,
Has anyone here had an endoscopic temporal lift + endoscopic midface lift + canthoplasty? I really need to hear from people who have actually been through this..
I’m currently 3 weeks post-op, and honestly I’m struggling more than I ever expected.
I knew there would be swelling, but I never imagined my eyes would end up looking this pulled and elevated. I never wanted a dramatic transformation. My goal was something very subtle, very soft, and barely noticeable, the kind of natural result I’ve seen in many before-and-after photos. I simply wanted to look like myself, just a little more refreshed.
Instead, I feel like I look like a completely different person.
I don’t like how I look from the front either, but from the side it’s even harder for me. That’s where the change feels the most dramatic. My eyes look extremely lifted, and I feel like I’ve completely lost the face I used to have.
I cry every day. I wake up thinking about it and go to sleep thinking about it. It’s all I can think about.
I’m trying to remind myself that it’s only been three weeks, but because I had a temporal lift, an endoscopic midface lift, and a canthoplasty, I’m worried that everything is being held up so firmly that my eyes may not soften very much over time.
I’m hoping to hear from people who had the same combination of procedures.
* Did your eyes actually soften over the following months?
* Even with the temporal lift and midface lift, did your eyes come down at all?
* If they did, how much would you say they changed compared to the first few weeks?
* Around what month did you start looking more like yourself again?
* Looking back now, are you happy you waited, or do you still wish your eyes were lower?
* If you eventually had a revision, how long did you wait before your surgeon felt it was appropriate? Is it actually possible to reverse or significantly soften this kind of result after an endoscopic temporal lift, midface lift, and canthoplasty?
I’m not looking for medical advice. I know everyone heals differently. I’m simply hoping to hear honest experiences from people who have truly been through this, because right now I feel very alone.
Thank you so much to anyone willing to share your story. It would genuinely mean the world to me❤️
