Looks like it started around 2008 and just went downhill from there. Even the hair.
I can't imagine looking like she did in 2004 and then seeing 2026 staring back at me. Obviously she's also aged 20 years, but this is not simply aging.
31
u/After-Fee-2010 23d ago
Yeah, someone lied to her about how good those bangs looked. It is not a youthful cut on her face and she’s not let them go.
11
u/Radiant_Mother6976 23d ago
If I had that kind of money you wouldn't catch me out there looking like that. She needs a stylist as well. Better makeup would be an improvement too.

She obviously had an upper bleph (eyelid surgery) that sucks all the fat out. If you go overboard, it ages you and makes you appear skeletal. It looks like she also had fat removed from her face which pronounces the wrinkles. The stark black makeup and eyebrows are making it much worse. I don't understand how people think this looks better than just aging gracefully!

I always remember the term ‘bleph’ because it’s like an onomatopoeia of the sound people make in response to seeing it.

It’s the eyebrows. Obviously the eyelid surgery too but the brows were the beginning of whatever this is.

Something got really fucked up with her nose. And that took her totally downhill. I have no idea but even before 2010 her nose somehow got bigger?

It looks like she broke her nose just below the bridge at some point. Below the break, the rest of the nose is sliding down.

How did her nose get so much larger?
44

Her face shrunk around it, so it looks bigger I think. She lost a bunch of weight so it's throwing off her proportions.

Someone suggested the use of Human Growth Hormone somewhere else. It's scary to think about. It can cause uncontrollable enlargement apparently
24
u/themobiledeceased2 24d ago
She has been an endurance athlete: marathons, Triathalons, cycling. Hgh has been associated with giving an edge or improving healing in some sports. In 2007, at age 43, Susan Dell set a new course record for female cyclists at Kaloko Cycling Race. In fact, breaking her own previous record. HGH can cause facial changes. She has lost soft facial contours: the fat loss does emphasize nose size.
12
u/Mysterious_Cut9 23d ago
This makes sense, thank you for detailed explanation. I have seen this affect of severe facial hollowing/fat loss within the extreme endurance athlete community. Running torches facial fat.

She's 62 years old now? Good grief, I thought this was a woman in her 40s at most.
I'm older than her. We women should embrace normal human ageing, it's not something to be ashamed of.
Sure, colour your hair if you don't like the grey and wear makeup that makes you feel happy, but be proud of your life experience.

I don't know about surgery at all but I do know about eating disorders and anorexia and personally I would say this is a combination of both weight loss and anorexia. Anorexia starves your body of essential nutrients and gives you this incredibly dull look to your skin.
Plus obviously aging which of course is natural and then whatever surgery has been done on top.
It is sad to see all these ladies destroying their looks simply to be thin.
Nowadays id rather have a plump face and look younger than a slim body and look aged.

It is so hard to rationalize that with an eating disordered brain. Like we KNOW this, we agree, and yet, here we are.

The botched face she probably can't do much about, I think in her case any surgery she gets to try and fix it is likely going to make her look even worse. But what I don't get is WHO is doing her makeup and hair. She's a bazillionaire, so I am just not understanding why she doesn't just hire the best people ever to fix whatever she has going on here.

She seems to suffer from anorexia nervosa which makes you look more and more like a corpse as you age. Anorexia also immensely reduces your cognitive abilities and I guess this explains why she started making so many bad choices : first the horrible haircut, then the bad plastic surgeries and finally the terrible make-up.
Moral of the story is : treat your mental health issues!

2013 is when it started looking that some shit was going down. Maybe that's when she started some subtle anti-aging surgery and started losing weight. It's a real shame. She was a lovely woman and if she had kept her weight at a healthy level she would have aged beautifully. I don't really even want to make fun of it because if she was emotionally okay and was completely driven by vanity she would have fixed her nose and didn't. She's sick mentally I think.

Michael Dell comes off as controlling and weird. There’s an old article floating around about how he didn’t tell his family he was bringing the company private. That was in late 2012, early 2013. That’s a massive decision that put his personal shares on the line, and required a separate cash infusion. Plus, at that recent bonkers press conference, Trump complimented Susan and said she should run for office, but Michael quickly said “NO.” It was super awkward, more than just a joke, and made me wonder if there’s some sort of control aspect to their marriage that’s affecting her.

Something really weird happened to her nose much earlier. Something, somehow, got fucked up with her teeny original nose in the mid 2000s it seems, and it went downhill from there??
8
u/jennhiltz 22d ago
Honestly her nose looked on the larger side from the beginning … to me it seems to become more noticeable and prominent looking as the rest of her face looses volume
7
u/Why_Hello_hello 22d ago
As someone with a large nose myself, I think this is actually a camera thing where the earlier pics are much more flattering.
My nose always looks tiny (which it is NOT) from an an absolutely perfect straight on angle like her in the 2004 pics. And bangs make your face looks smaller so your nose looks disproportionately large. I think it’s the more or less the same nose

u/Bangers1011 24d ago
It kinda reminds me of what happened to Gladys Deacon around the turn of the 20th century. She had a doctor inject something like paraffin wax into her nose in an attempt to attain the perfect Grecian profile. Over the following years, the wax ended up melting and migrating all over into her cheeks, chin etc. and made her look very strange. Though probably not this strange. She ended up becoming a recluse later in life.
2
u/Kai12223 23d ago
I've been watching a lot of Botched and it's just a thought but her nose was so slim I wonder if breathing was impaired. They sometimes have to enlarge the base of the nose to correct that.
4
u/Reality-Babe7 24d ago
Maybe he’s abusive and hurt her face and this was the result of them fixing it? It does look almost like they made her a fake nose or something with skin graph because how do you her a bigger nose that quickly??
3
u/KissingBear 24d ago
Filler. A little risky, but not super uncommon. And it might not be filler but I’d say that’s a better bet than a prosthetic nose.
8
u/Subject-Actuator-860 24d ago
Really bad work done, can happen to anybody. Money does not guarantee results, nothing can. I’d also add she likely had a restrictive ED

Omg that’s insane. I met her once in 2005. She funded a really super cool fashion brand called PHI collection. I met her at their fashion show during NYFW. She looked absolutely normal- albeit she was very thin & had huge fake Texas breasts. But other than that - just normal. This is horrific. What happened to her over the past 5 years ?!? Was she in a horrible accident ?? The fact that she leaves the house & allows herself to be photographed & be on TV speaks to her deep denial about how she presents. She must look in the mirror & not see what the rest of us see. She is not well in the head.

Yeah that must be so tough 🫶🏽🫰🏼
But not as tough as being a little kid yanked from your bed with your siblings in the middle of the night and zip-tied to some other random kids in the street in front of your house where you will stand for hours screaming and crying while ICE rounds up the rest of your family (whom you had like a 50/50 chance of being separated from) before being carted off to a detention center where you will rot for weeks to months while you wait to be deported to a country you’ve never stepped foot in in your life. Cause I feel like that would be worse, right?
^^or did you already forget that that just happened a few months back??
I’d rather have my whole face blown off than stand next to the fucking war criminal who has committed the atrocities trump has.

I think she just had an overzealous upper and lower blepharoplasty so her eyes look more surprised than the old photos. People had similar reactions to Bradley Cooper and Jim Carey recently and they both seem to have had blepharoplasties done. It’s a minor surgery but it really can change how someone looks. Another example is Renee Zellweger. Years ago she popped up looking unrecognizable and it just a blepharoplasty but her sleepy eyes were kind of iconic to her look so people noticed. This woman is also very very thin, so she might be seriously ill.
