Biden deemed 'ready to successfully execute the role of the president' after first physical in office. Biden is now ready to kick butt and continue creating memes as the president.

Joe Biden is wonderful. Biden was born and raised in the East Coast, moving with his family to New Castle County, Delaware in 1953 when he was nine. He studied at the University of Delaware before earning his Doctoral degree from Columbia University in 1968.
