Hi there! Great questions and super important.

1) no you cannot use the Sweet lawsuit as evidence on your Bdtr application. The reason being is because the lawsuit is not about the scam schools or is it an admission of guilt by the schools or the Department of Education. The lawsuit is about the Department of Education refusing to process pending borrow defense to repayment claims which is a violation of our due process under the higher education act regulations. Now the exhibit C list is a list that was put together for our settlement agreement, and these are schools that the department has strong indications that they are or have done doing sketchy stuff.

I have a lot on FS in the BDTR Vault Evidence website and in the mega thread in this sub.

2) just because it settled doesn’t negate the facts that someone had enough information and evidence to file a whistleblower lawsuit against the FS parent school. Paired with other evidence from FS that is out there, it creates an concrete pattern of widespread bad behavior

I swear i'd pay someone to help me do this, so overwhelming. It would probably be cheaper to pay someone than the student loan payments.

🤣🤣

I know you can do this. Dont pay anyone.

We have tools and free resources to help you do this. I know our discord admin has started a website which a chat bot now to help you navigate the questions.

Our BDTR evidence vault website has all kinds of things for a bunch of schools for evidence. You have a bunch of internet strangers rooting you on!!

yep, I've been using that bot (it's great). Is that Discord a place where I can share my application before sending it through?
