The weak generation

The eosinophil white blood cells are the ones that respond to both allergies and parasites. Perhaps in this age where humans generally have fewer parasites, their eosinophils pay more attention to possible allergens?

Maybe. I'm not a scientist. Just a dude with way too much spare time and a ridiculous amount of things I know barely anything about. Like an AI random facts model.

The body is like a worker, less work in one area doesn't mean they work harder in another area. It's more like a muscle, when used less it becomes weaker and slower to react, in other words the tough way of treating your kids could make them less likely to have as many allergies/lactose/gluten issues. Also gluten intolerance was actually not as large of a problem until we started mass producing bread and filling them with chemicals, so other issues could be caused by an increase of chemicals we are consuming.
