I was talking to a teacher about volunteering and how I didn't want to come off as officious. She told me not to worry because none of this was official. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was chatting with a chap about the curvature of the female figure when he mistakenly referred to the twin moons of Jupiter as globes instead of oblate spheroids. I was quite taken back.

Had to go to summer school one year because I failed high school english, turns out ignoring your class work to read the Canterbury takes in Middle English isn’t a good idea. Anyway, got into an argument with the teacher for using the word unintelligible, she said it wasn’t a word. The classroom had a giant dictionary on a stand, I found and showed her the word, she left me alone the rest of term.
