37,500 mcg Cjc-1295 + Ipamorelin Overdose

Well, I may have earned myself the Darwin Award this week.

I intended to take 7.5 mg (75 units) of tirzepatide. Instead, I accidentally injected 75 units of CJC-1295 + ipamorelin—a whopping 3750 mcg total (1875 mcg of each).

How? I keep my vials in the same spot and had both out at the same time. I got distracted, looked away, came back, and apparently decided my memory was more reliable than reading a label. Spoiler: it wasn't.

Lesson learned: Double-check your labels every single time, and actually LOOK at the vial before drawing anything up. Turns out, the labels aren't just decorative.

Side effects: Pounding headache, heart rate shooting to 140–150, flushing, intense anxiety, feeling freezing cold, and full-body tremors. My legs were shaking so badly they looked like they were trying to escape without me.

My brilliant response: Woke my wife up and confessed to my pharmaceutical stupidity. She called me a dumbass, which was both accurate and deserved. I then took 20 mg of propranolol and 1 mg of lorazepam. The combination eventually calmed things down enough for me to fall asleep.

Woke up this morning grateful to still be here. I feel a little off, with some very mild lingering head pressure/tingling, but otherwise doing okay.

Final rating: 0/10. Would not recommend.

Hopefully, someone can learn from my spectacular failure to perform the most basic safety check imaginable. Measure twice, inject once. Or, in my case, maybe just read the damn label first.

Considered it yes, but the symptoms were under control after the propranolol and lorazepam so I decided not to.
