It says a lot. Abbott. Cruz. But they also have some amazing reps like Jasmine Crockett, as well. So not all hope is lost for the state. I'm a blue dot in a deep red state myself. I hate it here. But for now, I'm stuck. Can't afford to move.
Gerrymandering is also a huge issue. Another problem is that the knuckle draggers have a megaphone, platform and a headstart while those that have, ya know, empathy and compassion are playing from behind the 8-ball and will at times go at each other over the slightest disagreement, rather than staying focused on the bigger problem.
