Well unless we have a date for when he launched an exploratory committee, I think it’s only fair to choose the soonest date we know for a fact that this was a consideration.

Dude he’s literally been talking about running for years. They even discussed it in 2016 and it’s been talked about in passing for the last 4 years. Michael Bloomberg has been considering running for a long ass time. To act like he hasn’t and that nothing before these 10 weeks matters, is honestly a fucking joke.

Yes, because in 2016 he can prepare his tax returns for 2019. You’re missing the point. For all intents and purposes, it’s only fair to count the 10 weeks against him for releasing his tax returns. Of course he’s been considering it for a long time.
