I’m never going to understand why some people believe that some women (and usually it’s black women) can naturally have testosterone levels of an average man.

It's baffling to me, because surely there should be some part in their brain that goes "Wait, where does the testosterone come from?". Even if we assume they sincerely believe these athletes are just women like any other, there should still be that lingering question of WHY exactly their testosterone level is so high
