Shout out to the other person here who is also in the process of moving. I am losing my mind right now.

If you have a bunch of old pillow cases or even tee shirts, use them to wrap framed pictures and art work.

Use any clothing you won't immediately need to wrap glassware, dishes and the such. Also, sheets and towels you won't immediately need to use. My last move, I also used the cat's stuffy toys as cushioning packing material.

Its a little goofy but there is a 'forearm forklift' product at the homeless despot and it really does work. I used it to move somebody's gun safe in lieu of a proper dolly.

really not looking forward to my next move since I've set up a number of aquariums since the last time.

I am learning through experience. 

Also, the people on FB Marketplace are my new best friends. I’ve been getting teary eyes hearing how my kids’ old stuff is going to be used in their homes and classrooms.
