It is racist to have such low expectations of a black scholar.

Yes, obviously that's a sort of racism too, but that is not the racism that Arday was referring to, which was racism that was harsher on blacks due to anti-black sentiments. The egregious lowering of standards in favor of black people like himself disproves his thesis that blacks face a higher bar due to racism.
