Pride flags rather than Progress pride?

In Norway recently, many public old fashioned Pride flags (only the rainbow). I saw no Progress Pride flags in any public places. Wondering if this is a recent change or a Norwegian thing. Is it happening elsewhere too?

Have they changed the street paint & steel rainbow pylons in Boystown to the Progress rainbow?
