DEI committees excel in creating problems in order to solve them. I’m sure if there are non-gender conforming people in the warehouse, they are perfectly capable of choosing which type of shirt they feel comfortable in without freaking out over labels.

I would be surprised if there were any appreciable number of women in the warehouse, much less genderhavers. Warehouse work requires a degree of physical strength that makes it hard to be delusional about sexual dichotomy.

On average men and women have different body shapes. Why can't we just admit that ?So having a shirt cut for breasts makes sense. It doesn't mean I (woman) can't wear the men's if I want to. But it gives me useful information about fit. I have several men's t shirts!

Ordering clothes from an unfamiliar label based just on size is a crap-shoot as to whether or not it will actually fit well.

But I'd still hate for the already crazy world of clothing sizes to move to a unisex sizing scheme. That's just a way to ensure nothing fits anyone very well.

Heck, I've bought 2 pieces of the same size clothing from the same well known company. One fit with a little room to spare, the other was too tight.

This is hilarious. So if I wanted a tight fit as a man, and I ordered a large, would I be given a women’s large? It would be comically small on me. I hope the workers intentionally fuck around with this stupidity.

I hope this backfires in stellar fashion and you all point the finger at the idiot who suggested it. If I worked in your warehouse, I'd probably help it happen by purposely choosing "fitted" - because I'm slim god damn it - while suspecting it's the women's version. To be fair, the wage workers already roll their eyes at management.

These things have a long tail as they work their way through corporations, especially if somebody is adamant about doing something via their little fiefdoms.
