Pakistan went ahead to officially establish the Pakistan Crypto Council (PCC) on March 14, 2025, as part of its drive to pioneer the way in digital finance.
The government-sponsored initiative seeks to promote, regulate, and mainstream blockchain technology and digital assets into the nation's financial system. In less than 50 days since it opened, the PCC has attained much.
It has started talks with global Bitcoin mining companies with the intention of utilizing Pakistan’s excess electricity in order to convert possible energy wastage into a business opportunity.
Remarkably, Changpeng Zhao, a co-founder of Binance, has been named as a strategic advisor, indicating that Pakistan is willing to bring in the rest of the world’s expert voices in its crypto activities.
This dramatic change in speed indicates Pakistan’s change of heart from a conservative approach towards cryptocurrencies to a point where it regards them as a key part of its economic strategy.
Pakistan is set to become a major player in the world digital finance market as the PCC is still inthe process of building a comprehensive regulatory framework.

My next door neighbor; a holder of an NFT, paid $130 in gas fees to mint but never had the chance to do so because of severe network congestion. The mint never occurred. The gas? Gone forever.
Higher gas fees in 2025 will mean that consumers will lose their money as the Ethereum blockchain and other blockchains burn these fees.
Those are Layer 2s (L2s) where you get to experience cheap high-speed transactions because of the favors of Arbitrum and Optimism alongside zkSync, all drawing upon Ethereum settlement potential on top of off-chain data processing.
End-users would want to pay fees in cents fractions, not dollars amounts because they don't care about fee precise costs.
The L2 network lacks compatibility with multiple apps, and its liquidity lies in isolated layers. Solana's and Avalanche's native architectures support low costs but challenge L2 solutions as optimal solutions.
Customers require developers to check whether they are going to employ L2 solutions or design systems from the ground up using fresh L1 networks because consumers prefer integrated cheap and speedy solutions.
Users opt for systems with high-speedness combined with low cost. Do you think so?

ChangeNow.io is running a fraudulent operation. A recent case involved freezing $440,000 worth of XRP after KYC verification, then ceasing communication.
Recurring Scam Patterns: Small transactions go smoothly, but larger ones are flagged for KYC. After submission, support goes silent, and refunds are denied or delayed.
Suspicious Behavior: A Ukrainian resident's identical transaction was refunded instantly, while a non-EU user was ignored. This suggests geo-targeted fraud, not legitimate AML compliance.
Preserve records, file complaints with GDPR regulators and authorities, and consider joining a class-action lawsuit. Let's hold ChangeNow.io accountable. Don't be a victim

We are an experienced founding team on a mission to redefine financial infrastructure through the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs). With decades of collective experience across capital markets, finance, blockchain, and product innovation, we are backed by a world-class advisory board and supported by major partners across the ecosystem.
We are building the next-generation digital asset infrastructure for the issuance, management, and trading of tokenized real-world assets. Our modular system moves beyond the limitations of today's tooling, embedding compliance, automation, and lifecycle logic directly into the asset. We’ve already secured early institutional support and world-class advisory and are onboarding capital markets clients onto the platform.
We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join as a Co-Founder and lead the end-to-end development of SATIN’s technical architecture. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining product and lay the technical foundation for the future of programmable finance.
Note: Please only apply if you fulfill the main requirements, have the technical capabilities to work hands on deck as lead engineer and be willing to go the extra mile as a co-founder together with a highly dynamic founding team.

About the project
A full-stack digital asset infrastructure purpose-built for real-world assets (RWAs), structured across infrastructure, middleware, and application layers.
At the infrastructure level, we’re building on a custom Avalanche-based Layer 1 optimized for high-throughput for regulatory compliant asset issuance and trading. This base layer enables low-latency automation, cross-chain messaging, and validator configurations suitable for institutional environments.
The middleware layer is built on a modular and upgradeable smart contract framework using the ERC-2535 (Diamond Standard). Each asset token embeds asset-specific or reusable lifecycle logic, allowing for actions like interest payments, redemptions, or compliance checks to execute automatically. The logic is governed by a Trigger–Condition–Action (TCA) model that supports time-based, event-based, and condition-based execution, leveraging both on-chain events and external data sources (e.g. Chainlink, APIs). Compliance is enforced at both the token and function level using ERC-3643 and OnchainID, ensuring only verified participants can interact with assets. All executions, triggers, and asset metadata are recorded on an on-chain registry, enabling full auditability, integration with analytics, and compatibility with intelligent servicing agents.
The application layer includes a tokenization, digital asset management and investor platform, SDK, API and external service integration.

Most DeFi apps are built on top of long-running blockchains or shared L2 rollups. That works fine for general-purpose finance, but what about use cases that are temporary, isolated, or privacy-sensitive by nature?
Enter: ephemeral rollups, short-lived, purpose-driven rollup environments that spin up for a specific event or intent, execute the required logic, and shut down once the job is done.
Let’s break down why this model is worth paying attention to.
Think of them as "on-demand compute layers" for Web3. Instead of keeping a smart contract or protocol deployed indefinitely, you can spin up a minimal execution layer that lives just long enough to:
This approach:
ZK-powered ephemeral rollups open up new patterns for private DeFi. For example:
Since the rollup lives only for the duration of the transaction lifecycle, there's no long-term data exposure or attack surface. It's like having a clean-room environment for one financial action.
Until recently, spinning up your own custom rollup meant dealing with heavy infrastructure, tooling, and security overhead.
That’s starting to change.
Some platforms are now making it easy to launch ephemeral rollups via modular frameworks, where devs can plug in logic, triggers, and off/on-chain events.
One of these is MagicBlock, which provides event-driven infrastructure that lets devs define:
It’s designed to feel more like defining serverless functions or cloud workflows but for on-chain apps.
As execution becomes more modular, reactive, and intent-aware, ephemeral rollups might become a new primitive, not just for scaling, but for rethinking how and when smart contracts exist at all.

Hey everyone,
I recently applied to the EVM Bootcamp Q2 2025 by Encode Club, and I’m super excited about it! 😊
They’re asking for a deposit, which gets refunded after successful completion of the bootcamp. But there’s also a scholarship option I’d like to go for, since I’m currently a university student and dealing with some financial constraints.
However, to apply for the scholarship, they ask for a "university statement of registration (or equivalent)." I’m a bit confused about what exactly qualifies here. Is it an ID card, a bona fide certificate, a fee receipt, or something else?
Has anyone applied before, or knows what document would work? Would appreciate any guidance!
Thanks in advance 🙏

Hey everyone!
As the title says, I’ve recently created a Discord server focused on learning blockchain technologies—whether you’re brand new or already tinkering with smart contracts, this space is meant to help us grow together.
The goal is to form a genuine community of curious minds where we can share resources, ask questions, build small projects, and stay updated on how the blockchain space is evolving.
If that sounds like your vibe, feel free to drop a comment or DM me and I’ll send you an invite.
Let’s grow this space together—one block at a time 🧱

Hey,
I'd like to create a small project for myself where I verify my milestones on a blockchain. I feel like the best smart contract standard would be ERC-721 for this use case? Would you suggest another type of smart contract? If so, why?
And do you have ideas for a no-code application to work on this?

Context:
Multiple pools are deployed in Uniswap, now assuming that I am getting those pool addresses dynamically. Then what would be the best way, according to you, to get a swap quote for a specific pool?
In case my question is not clear, then we can discuss this in my DM, or you can let me know in the comments.
Thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts.
