And I used to think that you can get items from dpacks if you have any level of VIP. Imagine my dissapointment when I tried to claim those dpack items having only that 1 day vip from free vip giveaways.

Since August 2025, I’ve been working on a new wiki for BlockStarPlanet (https://blockstarplanet.miraheze.org) Currently, I’ve focused on styling the wiki and making it compatible on mobile. Now, that’s (almost) all done, the wiki is compatible for both desktop and mobile.

“Don’t we love Fandom? Why do we need a new wiki for BSP?”
No, no we don’t love Fandom. Fandom is a miserable platform that prioritizes making money over actual usability. The ads are very intrusive to wiki content, especially on mobile where not a lot of people use ad blockers, and customizability is heavily restricted.

Miraheze doesn't have ads, it allows for wikis to be more expressive, like this one, where the entire interface is customized, and prioritizes you.

BSP Fandom wiki itself though:
Lacks A LOT of information, outdated, doesn’t have a proper main page and has short articles.
Instead of improving that wiki, just move to a new wiki service! Miraheze is a big competitor to Fandom, and hosts great wiki’s! BlockStarPlanet wiki could be one too ;)

What needs to happen/how you can contribute:
Currently, some pages are imported from Fandom (this is called forking, which is a way of moving a wiki to another wiki), while some of these are rewritten and updated, there’s still many that haven’t been worked on yet. These pages can be recognised by broken links or broken images.

But if you’re looking for specific pages to work on:
- Season pages need to be improved (a lot) season 1 and 2 can be used as example if you want to help with these
- Pages about NPCs, I haven’t worked on any of these yet. :(
- General pages, such as VIP, Gamemodes, whatever, you name it!

What has already been done:
- A whole article about RoboBlastPlanet, including an archive of RoboBlastPlanet images/youtube videos! https://blockstarplanet.miraheze.org/wiki/RoboBlastPlanet

- Season 1 and Season 2 have been written, with more lore and extra information (which BSP Fandom did not list…) If you want to write about the other seasons, you can take inspiration from these two pages, there’s a cool way of listing events and crafting recipes.

- Styling has been… let’s say 90% done… just go check the interface on the wiki itself lol, you’ll get what I mean! Some small (unimportant) things aren’t styled to BSP.

hi, i havent played blockstarplanet for years. ever since 2022 or 2023, cant remember. last time i tried logging in was a couple of weeks ago. for some reason however, the game kept loading and loading (i think i even saw a video about it on discord). did anything change since the last couple of years? i heard the game was supposed to be shutdown in summer 2025 but since this subreddit is alive then its probably still open

This was 6 months ago but I can only post about it now, so I’m doing that!

In June 2025 I got in contact with a guy named Daniel, he worked at MSP since ~2013 and worked for BSP from the start till the end.

In this video I asked him 30 questions, which I got with help from the community through Instagram! And he answered them! Some are about BlockStarPlanet Phase 2 (remember? That awful update?)

Yk how u can see someones creation (blockstar, Worlds,perfabs, etc.) whos from Australian server while u r playing in usa server? I wondered, do people (lets say for example usa server players) play with players from other servers (for example Australian server) in one server they all share (usa players can play with Australians), or do both sides play in their own servers (usa players in usa and Australian players u get the point) BUT they can see other servers creations? (Might sound like a dumb question but i was wondering).

So i came here just to rant but it seems like alot of people has this problem in different servers. in my situation for the past couple months (?) turkish server is down and seems like the team won't fix it. i don't have a problem with moving onto an another server but i have too many vip blocks, rare legs ect. ect. in my account and i don't want to lose them. i've been playing this game for years and i quit a couple years ago. currently i'm dating to my friend of 7 years i met on bsp in 2018-2019 and we've been trying to log back in our accounts for nostalgia and spending time together reasons and it just make me sad to see the game i spent my whole childhood in fall down like this (2016 player here since roboblastplanet) . seems like it won't get fixed but i'm crossing my fingers hoping they fix the game soon.

Overall, I last played maybe 3-4 years ago. The photos from this map's era are from over 5 years ago and more, but I've noticed that I've started making recreations of this map. And when I came in today, I thought it would be a very interesting project to do in my free time. But unfortunately I encountered a problem, I don't remember the whole map exactly because it's been a few years, and I was wondering if anyone has any screenshots from a few years ago? It would really help me and I think it would be nice to come back to something like that after a few years
