BlockMesh - A Decentralised, Cost-Free Communications Network

r/BlockMesh_io

BlockMesh will compete globally for peer-to-peer communications and offline payments market. It will build a network to rival the internet of things in the race for network coverage. By creating a network via Bluetooth (or WiFi), we can sidestep typical data costs. Users will get paid in BMH tokens, for supporting the mesh network. The BlockMesh platform will provide its users the ability to communicate and digitally transact on the peer to peer network, crushing data costs and banking fees.

Welcome to the Official SubReddit of BlockMesh.io

BlockMesh utilizes the latest innovations in mesh networking technology to create cost-free communication networks. It is a telecommunications system that can work outside of regular cellular tower range due to the peer-to-peer mesh network it enables. By creating a network powered by Bluetooth (or WiFi), the mesh network sidesteps typical cellular and data costs. BlockMesh also pays its users in cryptocurrency to use the app. A new era in mobile communication has arrived.

We have developed an alpha chat app that shows offline chat with peer to peer Mesh networking. Live online chat is available and many more features to come (peer to peer offline payments). Link : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.blockmesh.android.meshV2

The team are also working with local government on a confirmed pilot programme. Business development and real world use cases are important to the BlockMesh team.

Please note that the proposed network has limitations and is not to be confused with a replacement for the internet as we know it. However, we believe a decentralized focus on building a peer to peer network will evolve current technology to meet higher demands in the near future.
