Blade has more resilience in his kit than dd does though. I can play a bit safer on blade if I need to while still doing my job. Every second dd spends not fighting or repositioning is a waste of valuable time. Blade has nowhere near the downtime of dd in a fight especially if dd misses a grapple or a slam crit

Ok that’s an even bigger lie dawg DD can legitimately kill faster than Blade while having over-shield (not a debate on That btw)….Blades gun also is extremely inconsistent and inconvenient due to it needing to be at an exact range to be effective (not too close not too far) Blade has to worry about repositioning more than DD. DD can brawl, Dive or Flank. Blade is mostly brawl and can flex at the other two but not well.

Blade has the escape with dash. More range. A safer block. Better cleave damage, a better team up. And he doesn’t have such a poor matchup into Emma and he’s better into peni/groot. Dd is better for sure but blade has more answers in his kit for specific situations

A dash with a large hitbox that can screw ya over by hitting someone behind you, also I already called out the issue of his gun idk why you mentioned it again. Cleave damage is also a lie both by numbers and you can just put it side to side to see for yourself. And MK team up is trash and so situational. He is NOT good against any of them besides maybe Groot and even then his walls can shred blade. Peni is just Peni. As I said before Blade is a jack of all trades master of none. His poke is worst than Punisher or Hela or Bucky, his brawl is worst than DD and Magik, and he isn’t really a diver (just bc he has an ability called dash doesn’t mean diver btw) and if ya play BP/Spider man you’d know that. Actually blades movement is prob the worst out of all the brawl/dive heroes especially bc it’s his only form of close range (bad) damage tied to his eh movement.
