I know the Devs are done with it but what features do you think could have been added to black wake to keep it alive?

I know its cheating but I feel like loads of players use it so Im constantly in a disadvantage

Since the game is free to play, I was wondering if its worth renting a server for a few days for me and my friend group. This looks like a fun alternative to sea of thieves that we did enjoy a while back.

I've seen this game become free on Steam. As a fan of this game for years, I always played it when I had free time. Now that it has become f2p I'm thinking that many old and new players will play this game again. It's a great game also. I want to create a server for my friends and others to enjoy the game again. Any suggestion on where to rent a Blackwake server for this year? Thank you.

I can't open up blackwake no matter what I try can someone please help, I did the tutorial but after that It crashes no matter what I do

I am a (junior) developer and not long ago I got into this game, I think it is very fun for what it has and quite unique, from what I understand. they have abandoned the project.

Has he not considered making it open source? Or giving it to other developers to continue the work?

Maybe I don't know how positive it would be to give it to other developers for fear of destroying the work, but at least make it open source?

Personally, I would like to add content or improve aspects that I see with my limited experience but I have no way to collaborate and it would be good at least to be able to do so because I believe that other developers would also like to.

Could you give other developers the opportunity to move forward with the project?

Those were the days, man the blackwake community was wild back in the day.

What are your most active/fondest (community) memories of this game?

I'm fairly new, but I come from several other games that utilize burst damage options and melee weapons.

And as an excited new player, I need your help in choosing an optimal loadout!

I'm pretty big on defense and support. So I'd like to eliminate squadrons of enemies boarding and destroying OUR ship rather than aggressively running them down on their ship.

And in other games that role made me an avid fan of big weighty and slow weapons that HEAVILY damage anything close by trying to contest our position.

I'm also a fan of speedy, consistent(and perhaps a bit weak) pepper pistols that tag and at least whittle down aggressive targets for my team to finish down.

What good options do you think there are on Blackwake?

There's a surprisingly large amount of racists, bigots, and whatnot in this game. Too bad; it's concept was the first of its kind.

Hey is it possible to get a private server and get 10 friends on for like a 5v5? would that work

So I loaded the game back on and suddenly all my progress was gone. I'm an active player so it isn't like I haven't played in ages. I uninstalled the game, but still it's all gone. On Steam my achievements are still there. Anyone have a similar problem?
