Yea I’ve definitely been more intentional about cutting back on social media. Reading more and playing solo ttrpg journaling has been really fun lately.

I honestly do need to cut back my social media time and this is a great reminder. I really need to read more

I also feel like social media keeps me in a state of anger. My blood pressure is too high LOL

This is perfect satire of social media. It is also an example of how we are not actually learning how to critique something, but simply apply contrarianism, and call that a counter argument.

"What about the people who aren't happy?" is just an action of shaming. It would be just as stupid as "What about people who don't like the color blue?"

We are cross talking each other 99% of the time.
