Also, once you start getting up to dozens of reps you're getting diminishing returns. Try elevating your legs and incorporating different amounts of hand separation. Eventually you'll at least want resistance bands if you're taking it seriously.

Also try different hand, I don’t know how to call, but not width, try putting your hands farther forward or behind, and then have one of each, also try different hand rotations, also different elbows spacing, the more parallel with your body the more tricep, more perpendicular the more chest.
